Think of the end in mind when you are taking action or crafting something new.
Ask three powerful questions:
Why am I doing this?
This answer must be your truth. We each have a vision for what we think a project ought
to look like or why we want to change it. There will be the criticism and, even worse,
compelling indifference. I learnt from Simon Sinek to find your why.
How will I achieve this?
Is it by learning new skills? Amplifying relationships? New Customers? Changing your
angle?
What is it?
Do we know what an ideal outcome looks like? Can we quantify it? What is less than optimal, just right and super successful?
I believe it is important to start. Take a simple approach to answering these questions and then go for it.
